This fantastic tool makes it all possible: The spatial representation on the screen can be implemented overnight in hardware.

Let’s assume we have a project “New computer mouse”. After we have completed a basic design, it is possible to route the data directly to the prototyping system and create the frame in hardware.

The advantages are obvious: It is possible to pick up this part, check the ergonomics, incorporate the switches and blanks, check the LED light positions, lay cables, check strain relief etc. And the best part of it is: you haven’t invested a single Euro up to this stage of development.

Now a day the quality is so excellent that parts look like they are perfectly suitable for the injection mould tool after just a little post-processing (smoothing, painting). Absolutely suitable for measurement purposes.

The costs of prototypes scared away many a client earlier. Today it is the other way round. Since models have now become economical, we consider it to be almost mandatory today to get a prototype sample created, since all errors can be corrected before investing in very expensive tools.

It is often the time related reasons that speak up for prototype samples, since the dates for the commercial fairs cannot be delayed. By collaborating with our vendors we have been successful in presenting prototype samples within 48 hours.
